Worldwide shipping and return outside the EU

We ship our jewelry worldwide – for our customers it is free of charge and fully insured (with tracking). To ensure that everything arrives securely and unharmed at the recipient, we only commission the established parcel service providers Deutsche Post, DHL, UPS or FedEx. The delivery time can take up to 30 days worldwide, but usually it takes only a few days. Shipments to countries outside the EU are subject to customs duties! Depending on the country of importation, customs charges may be incurred by the purchaser at different rates. These are based on the customs regulations of the respective country and are always at the expense of the buyer!

 

30 DAYS RETURN POLICY

We offer all customers of our shop in Berlin-Mitte as well as all customers of the online shop the uncomplicated and risk-free possibility of the return within 30 days after purchase (in the store) or after receipt (from the online shop) of the goods. The revocation must be done in writing. For correct processing, a return must be declared as „Retour“! Only then a taking back from states outside the European Union can be handled by us. The disregard of this rule may mean that the buyer has to pay thereby incurred customs duties or the taking back at RHEINFRANK Jewellery!
